Obadiah warns Petra that it will be punished for its pride and its vicious
treatment of Israel . Petra was conquered - just as Obadiah prophesied.
Today the rock city of Petra is a tourist attraction.
In the latter half of the seven year tribulation, Petra will be used by God to
harbor the Jews who flee Israel from the attack of the antichrist.
Henry Morris in ,The Revelation Record, teaches that God will use angels
to protect the Israelites in Petra.
