Moses saw what the bullies were up to .
The jerks would wait until the seven daughters of Jethro had
drawn the water from the well and
then they would bully the girls back and give
their own animals the hard earned water.
It took the girls much longer to water their flock than it should have
because their water was stolen.
Once Moses explained the new procedure to the men gathering at
the well - the task of watering Jethro's stock took much less time -
this of course left time for the girls to dote on Moses.
This helped him adjust to his new life in Midian.
"More grapes and figs, Moses?" the girls would ask.
"Not now girls, but I could use another pastrami."
